If you have individual cards to sell, look them up on the buylist and add them to you Selling Cart. It is faster, easier, and you usually get more money.

For everything else, especially a large collection of cards where the Selling Cart is impractical, use the Collection Sale Form.

How do I sell my cards?

The system works differently for the buylist and collections.

I have an excel/text file. Can I just email it to you?

We don't do any card buying over email, but there are two ways you can use your file:

1) Upload it as a collection on the Collection Sale Form.

2) If your list has one card per line, with the quanitities first and no extra info, you can paste it into the deck search. This will give you a list of all buylist offers for each card.

(for the highest possible price, use the deck search first and put the remaining cards into the collection sale form)

Do I have to pay anything?

No. The service is free. You will have to pay postage - see Do I have to pay postage?.

Will I always get the price quoted?

Yes, if the cards are from the correct expansion and are Mint/NM and English.

If the cards are in the wrong edition/condition, then we can choose to make a different offer or to reject the cards entirely.

How do I get the 5% bonus?

There are four conditions for the 5% bonus. If you fulfill all four, we will automatically pay you an extra 5% on top of the quoted price. They are:

1. All cards are from the right sets. Help
2. All cards are in the correct condition. Help
3. Your cards are properly packaged so they don't get damaged in the mail. Help
4. Your cards are sorted in the order on the special card list we give you, and you include a printout of this list with your cards.

There are some cards we accept in non-mint condition. If you send us those, then we might lower the price from the automatic NM+English price. We will still pay an extra 5% on the new, lowered price if you qualify, though.

When can't I get the 5% bonus?

All orders made through the Selling Cart can qualify for the 5% bonus. Collections (sold through the Collection Sale Form) do not qualify for the bonus.

Do I have to pay postage?

Yes. You are responsible to getting the cards to us. With collection sales, you negotiate a price before you send, so you can calculate your shipping costs into the deal then.

What if the cards are lost in the post?

You are solely responsible for sending your cards to us safely and ensuring they are not lost in transit. You can send by UPS or FedEx for a higher level of delivery security.

How do I get paid?

Paypal and Store Credit are available as payment methods to everyone. For customers from the USA, we can also mail you a check.

I do not live in the USA. Can I still sell my cards on adventuresON.com?

Yes. Please note that we cannot send payment by check to non-US customers.

What if I change my mind?

If you have just completed the checkout, then simply go to the Your Account area and find the Sale there. We have provided a cancel button there which you can press to simply end the Sale.

If you have sent cards out, you will have to pay the postage costs for returning the cards.

With collections which have not been sent out yet, you sould simply refuse all offers.

Can I get store credit?

Yes. Simply choose it during checkout and we shall pay you in store credit.

My card isn't on the buylist. Can I still sell it on adventuresON.com?

Possibly, particularly if it is valuable or interesting. Just go to the Collection Sale Form. and enter the card or cards you have to sell.

What happens if I send you my cards and then do nothing?

If you are one of the small number of people who send us cards and then never contact us again even after reminders, then we will hold them for 180 days. If you still have not contacted us after 180 days, we will dispose of them or add them into stock and you lose all claim to them.

Do you allow cash on delivery?

Unfortunately, cash on delivery is not possible. It takes too long to inspect and process a collection of cards for us to be able to pay on delivery.

What happens if my cards are not as I described?

We probably will not purchase them. We have provided as much information as we can on this website to help you identify your cards properly, judge their condition, and get them through the mail without being damaged. If you send the wrong thing or it arrives so damaged it is not usable, we cannot sell it and so it is worth nothing to us. In that situation, we will return it at your expense.

Sometimes, a damaged or different card may have some value. If this happens, we will make a new offer. Should you send us something more valuable than you realised, we will make you a higher offer, but usually the offer is lower. If you refuse this offer, we will return the cards to you at your own expense.
